etv99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and etv99 ("etv99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at etv99.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other content or functionality offered through the platform.

By accessing, registering on or using etv99 in any capacity, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

To be eligible to open and use an etv99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

etv99 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Failure to meet eligibility criteria may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances obtained in breach of these Terms.

etv99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. The following payment rules apply to all transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately notified to you in writing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under your verified etv99 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• etv99 reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• etv99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

All funds held in your etv99 account balance are not interest-bearing. etv99 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held on the platform are for the purpose of gaming activity only and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

etv99 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits. etv99 has anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or while using the platform.

etv99 monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, etv99 may suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through such conduct.

All content available on etv99, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio and video materials, is the property of etv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any content from the etv99 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of etv99 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

etv99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, etv99 will post a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at etv99.ws/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
